Production & Processing Times
Because our offering includes both ready-to-ship original works and bespoke manufacturing, our dispatch times vary by product type:
Unframed Artworks: These are original works held in the studio. They are inspected, packed, and dispatched within 2–4 business days of your order.
Framed Artworks: All framed works are custom-configured and hand-finished to order by our partners in Switzerland. We do not hold stock of pre-framed works; each piece is built specifically for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production, assembly, and quality control prior to dispatch. You will receive a notification when production begins and another when the work ships.
Shipping Services & Tracking
We ship exclusively via Swiss Post Priority services to ensure speed, security, and traceability. We do not offer budget/untracked shipping options.
Switzerland (Domestic):
Service: PostPac Priority (Signature Required + Fragile Handling)
Estimate: Next business day after dispatch.
Note: We utilize the "Fragile" service to guarantee that your orders are handled with care by Swiss Post (manual sorting, no automated machinery) which includes insurance coverage of up to CHF 5,000 for all domestic orders within Switzerland. We also opt for the "Signature upon delivery" service to ensure that your orders are always handed to someone that is present to pick it up, making sure that it is never left outside/on the porch or in the mailbox.
International (Europe & Rest of World):
Service: Swiss Post PostPac International Priority
Tracking: All international shipments include end-to-end tracking, insurance coverage (up to CHF 3,000), and the "Signature upon delivery" option, this is to ensure that your orders are always handed to someone that is present to pick it up, making sure that it is never left outside/on the porch or in the mailbox.
Insurance & Liability Every shipment, regardless of size or destination, is shipped with premium carrier liability against loss or damage during transit. We invest in higher-tier coverage (Fragile/Assurance options) so you don't have to, ensuring coverage up to CHF 5,000 for domestic orders and CHF 3,000 for International orders.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to you (the buyer) only upon signed delivery.
Damage Reporting (Strict Protocol): In the rare event of damage during transit, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery to comply with our insurance provider’s terms. Failure to report within this window may void your coverage. Please see our [Refund Policy] for the exact reporting steps.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Swiss Customers: All prices are final. No additional duties apply.
International Customers: Items are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). You are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your local government upon arrival. We cannot calculate or collect these fees at checkout.
Note: Original artwork often benefits from 0% Import Duty or reduced import VAT rates in many countries (e.g., 5-7%), but this varies by jurisdiction.
Packaging
We aim to deliver museum-grade packaging standards.
Unframed Works: Shipped flat in reinforced rigid mailers or plywood-stiffened packs to prevent bending.
Framed Works: Shipped in custom-built, foam-lined protective packaging designed to withstand international logistics drop-tests.
